We just spoke with the spin instructors for the Antigone Rising 4/25 ride at The Training Station in Glen Cove! They have created a 'tour with the band' routine for ALL LEVELS. Beginners encouraged and welcomed! You just need sneakers, water and a sense of humor - the band will perform a live warm up and cool down, and we will be riding along as well!
